CourtNotify is used by criminal justice practitioners to add civilian witnesses to court case events and issue their subpoenas electronically to serving agencies. Subpoena delivery results are viewed online in real-time.  Civilian information can be imported, or data entered. Witnesses assignments can be imported from CMS or data entered. Witness codes automate processes for different court events. Forms with signatures/seals can be created based on court, case or hearing types.

 

Civilians can be classified by agency-defined types and associated with businesses -- such as attorneys and bond agents. Legal names and alias names are tracked, along with each witness’s service history. When integrated with Jail Management Systems, incarcerated witnesses are flagged with their jailed location displayed.  CourtNotify is a proven solution that saves time and increases civilian service efficiencies.

Civilian Subpoena Receipt

CourtNotify is used for civilian subpoena delivery as a stand-alone solution for serving agencies or as an integrated solution that includes judicial court systems. As such, civilian service assignments can be received from Case Management Systems or data entered.

 

Once received, delivery assignments are made to service deputies and are viewed online for all participating courts. Delivery addresses can be sorted by U.S. postal carrier routes for more efficient deliveries. Subpoenas can be printed as a group or individually.
