A singular solution to help manage information by providing integrated and coordinated reports created by agency staff passed on to designated treatment and service staff. Our experience shows us that the Treatment Provider community struggles with information management, timely reporting of outcomes, and basic communication with the supervision community due to the lack of a coordinated, single platform electronic/paperless approach.

FieldWare's Service Provider Management module extends case management features beyond the Agency to approved Treatment/Service Provider staff. Agency users create referrals that automatically get passed to the designated provider (or pool of providers). Provider staff can be issued credentials to log into the program to accept clients, perform intakes, fill-in electronic status reports, log contact notes and set outcomes. During this entire process the system presents alerts to either the Agency user or the Treatment Provider staff to non-compliance or other issues that require attention. For example, if a client fails to enroll in a program before a certain due date, the program can alert the assigned Agency user of that non-compliance issue. Likewise, if a Provider fails to submit a progress report in a timely fashion, the Agency user will receive an alert via the system. The alerts are flexible and can include a variety of schedules.

Providers are typically required to provide a final report or outcome for a client. These outcomes can be assigned in a final report format that is different from the regular status report format if desired. Periodic status or final outcome report formats can be customized. These outcomes can also be incorporated into higher level analysis reports for the Agency.

Treatment providers and agency staff are fully trained on all program components which are all designed to streamline the communications process and minimize gaps in the flow of information.
